April 2020 Book Club: All Your Twisted Secrets by Diana Urban

Before we get into the book we picked, we’d like to announce that today is our one year blogging anniversary! Our first post last year was our April 2019 book club pick, Serious Moonlight by Jenn Bennett.

We wanted to thank all our supporters and readers for giving us a platform this past year. We can’t wait to continue to grow and see what we can accomplish. We do this because we love reading YA books and want to share that with the reading and blogging community.

Again, thank you! We hope you continue to read our posts!

All Your Twisted Secrets by Diana Urban

The Book

All Your Twisted Secrets was released March 17, 2020.

Why did we pick this book?

We’ve partnered with Bard Alley, an awesome indie bookstore, to co-host a YA book club every month. This is the second book we decided on because it’s a twisty thriller that is one of our most anticipated of 2020.

Since everything that has been going on, we can’t have an in person book cub this month. We will update this page with more information with how we can do a discussion on April 19th at 4:00 p.m. virtually.

What is this book about?

Urban asks us, “What do the queen bee, star athlete, valedictorian, stoner, loner, and music geek all have in common?” Well, they all attend a scholarship dinner. When they arrive, they realize it was a trap. They have to chose one person to die and if they don’t, they all will. Amber is determined to keep everyone alive by solving who is behind this plot. Only, it won’t be easy for a group of very different people to figure out what and who they are all tied too.

What other YA books has the author written?

This is Diana Urban’s debut book!
